材料:
1.豆腐一塊,切成小塊備用
2.豬絞肉 100g
3. 蔥,蒜少許。
4. 太白粉水少許。

調味料:
1. 麻婆醬 2大匙
2. 辣豆瓣醬

作法:
1. 先將蒜置入鍋裡爆香,之後加入絞肉炒至絞肉變色。
2. 加入少許的水,麻婆醬,跟辣豆瓣醬
3. 將豆腐置入鍋內,不要攪拌,用小火煮至醬汁滾。
4. 將太白粉水加入鍋內,開大火至醬汁邊緣有些許稍乾的狀態即可。
