材料:
1. 茄子兩條
2. 豬絞肉 150g

調味料:
1. 辣豆瓣醬 2匙
2. 魚露 2匙
3. 地瓜粉 1小匙

作法:
1. 將茄子切成長度差不多後,直立排列在盤中央
2. 將豬絞肉跟調味料拌勻後備用
3. 將茄子放入鍋中蒸,依照個人對茄子口感的喜好調整蒸的時間
3. 蒸道一半後將調味後的豬絞肉鋪道茄子上面,之後等豬肉蒸熟取出即可。
