材料
1. 雞胸肉 600g
2. 九層塔
3. 薑
4. 蒜

醬料
1. 醬油 150cc
2. 麻油 50cc
3. 米酒 150cc
4. 砂糖 10g

作法
1. 薑切片 蒜切碎後入熱鍋爆香
2. 將雞肉切丁後加入鍋裡小火拌炒至雞肉半熟
3. 將醬汁倒入後小夥伴炒至醬汁滾
4. 加入九層塔
5. 加入地瓜粉水勾芡後即可
