材料
1. 去骨雞腿一支

醬料
1. 檸檬汁20cc
2. 堅魚醬油 10cc
3. 辣豆瓣醬 2匙
4. 沙糖 2匙

作法
1. 將雞腿正反面灑上胡椒跟少於鹽
2. 將油入鍋加熱後,將雞腿置入鍋中後轉中火煎5~6分鐘
3. 翻面後轉小火繼續煎5~6分鐘即可
4. 將雞腿切成條狀後至於盤上
5. 將鍋內多餘的油倒掉,剩少許油即可
6. 將混合好的醬料加入鍋內加熱,勾芡後淋在雞肉上即可
